Details
The 1SS277 is a high-speed switching diode with a maximum forward current of 100mA and a reverse voltage rating of 85V. It has a low forward voltage drop of 0.5V at 10mA, making it suitable for high-speed switching applications. The 1SS277 diode is housed in a surface-mount SOD-523 package, which is compact and ideal for space-constrained designs.With a fast reverse recovery time of 4ns, the 1SS277 diode is capable of quickly transitioning from the conducting to non-conducting state, making it suitable for high-frequency applications. Its low leakage current of 100nA also ensures efficiency in low-power circuits.The 1SS277 diode is commonly used in applications such as voltage clamping, freewheeling diodes in switching power supplies, and voltage regulation.
