Details
Meet the 2059-02, a revolutionary Voltage Controlled Crystal Oscillator (VCXO) designed to cater to the clock multiplication and jitter attenuation requirements of system clock distribution applications. This compact IC, in conjunction with an external inexpensive quartz crystal, serves as a cost-efficient alternative to traditional hybrid VCXO retiming modules. With a built-in dual input mux, seamless input switching is at your fingertips. By fine-tuning the VCXO frequency within a Phase-Locked Loop (PLL), users can guarantee that the output clock is precisely synchronized with the input clock in both phase and frequency. What's more, the ability to adjust the PLL loop bandwidth and damping factor using external loop filter components ensures that the device can be tailored to meet the unique system clock demands, even allowing for loop bandwidths as low as the Hz range
