The 2N6756 is an N-Channel power MOSFET designed for use in high power switching applications. It has a maximum voltage rating of 100V and a continuous drain current rating of 14A when the case temperature is 25 degrees Celsius. The power dissipation at 25 degrees Celsius is 4W, and it can handle up to 75W of power dissipation when the case temperature is well controlled. This MOSFET is housed in a TO-204AA package, which is a through-hole package that allows for easy mounting onto a printed circuit board.
