Details
The 2SA1306B is a PNP silicon transistor designed for high-power output amplification in audio applications. It has a maximum collector current of 15A and a maximum power dissipation of 150W. The transistor is housed in a TO-220 package, making it easy to mount on a heat sink for efficient heat dissipation.The 2SA1306B has a high current gain (hFE) of 100 to 400 at a collector current of 4A, allowing for excellent amplification of audio signals. It has a low saturation voltage of 1.0V at a collector current of 8A, ensuring minimal power loss and high efficiency in the output stage of audio amplifiers.The transistor has a cutoff frequency of 30MHz, making it suitable for high-frequency applications as well. It has a high transition frequency (fT) of 20MHz, enabling fast switching speeds and ensuring high fidelity audio reproduction.
