The 2SC4401 is a silicon NPN epitaxial planar transistor designed for general-purpose amplification and switching applications. It is commonly used in audio amplifiers, small signal amplifiers, and low-power switching circuits.The transistor has a maximum collector current (Ic) of 0.6A and a collector power dissipation (Pc) of 0.625W. It has a voltage rating of 50V for both collector-base (Vcb) and collector-emitter (Vce) voltages.The 2SC4401 has a low saturation voltage and high current gain, making it suitable for applications where low power consumption and high efficiency are important factors.
