Details
The 60LQ100 is a high-performance Schottky rectifier diode designed for use in power supplies, inverters, and other high-frequency applications. It is part of the 60LQ series of diodes manufactured by Vishay Semiconductors. The 60LQ100 has a maximum average forward current rating of 60A and a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage rating of 100V. It features a low forward voltage drop of 0.67V at 30A and a low reverse leakage current of 100μA at 100V. The diode is housed in a TO-3 package with a stud mounting and offers excellent thermal performance with a maximum junction temperature of 150°C.The 60LQ100 is designed for high-frequency switching applications and offers fast switching speed with a typical reverse recovery time of 20ns and a maximum reverse recovery charge of 100nC. It also has a high surge current capability of 600A for 8.3ms, making it suitable for applications where high transient currents are expected.
