Details
The IDT80KSW0004, or CPS-12, is a versatile serial RapidIO switch that facilitates seamless packet routing. As a key component in S-RIO-based systems, this device enables efficient communication between diverse devices, including DSPs, processors, FPGAs, and other switches. The CPS-12 supports a range of packet-switching protocols, including unicast, multicast, and broadcast packets from its 12 input ports to any of its 12 output ports. Its robust design makes it an ideal solution for applications that require high-speed data transfer and processing. In addition to routing packets between devices, the CPS-12 can also be used in serial RapidIO backplane switching

- Port Speeds selectable: 3.125Gbps, 2.5Gbps, or 1.25Gbps
- Provides I2C port for maintenance and error reporting
- Master or Slave Operation

- Non-blocking data flow architecture within each sRIO priority
- Configurable for Cut Through or Store And Forward data flow
