A80376-16 is a high-performance, dual-channel synchronous DC/DC buck controller designed for advanced applications in telecommunication, data communication, and industrial automation. With an input voltage range of 4.75V to 14V, it can support a wide variety of input sources, including telecom and networking supplies.The controller features 180° out-of-phase operation to reduce input and output capacitance requirements, thereby improving efficiency and reducing board space. It also includes programmable soft-start, hiccup mode overcurrent protection, and selectable forced PWM or auto PFM operation modes for increased design flexibility.A80376-16 offers a comprehensive set of protection features, including overvoltage, undervoltage, and overtemperature protection, ensuring safe and reliable operation in a variety of conditions. With a high switching frequency of up to 2MHz, it enables fast transient response and tight regulation for demanding load conditions.
