The ACPL-P349-000E is a high-speed digital optocoupler with an integrated photodiode, feedback, and buffer amplifier. It is designed for use in applications requiring high common-mode transient immunity, high-speed signaling, and low power consumption. This optocoupler has a maximum data rate of 10 Mbps and operates over a wide temperature range from -40°C to 105°C. The ACPL-P349-000E features a low input current of 1.6 mA, making it suitable for battery-powered applications. The device also has a low propagation delay of 30 ns and a high common-mode rejection ratio (CMRR) of 15 kV/μs.
