Details
The AD9054 is a high-speed, dual 14-bit ADC (analog-to-digital converter) designed for applications requiring high performance and accuracy. It features a sample rate of up to 310 MSPS (mega samples per second) and a resolution of 14 bits, making it suitable for high-speed data acquisition systems. The AD9054 also offers excellent dynamic performance, with a signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of 70 dB and a spurious-free dynamic range (SFDR) of 82 dB.This ADC operates from a single 1.8 V power supply and is available in a compact 64-lead LFCSP package, making it ideal for space-constrained applications. The AD9054 also includes a number of integrated features to simplify system design, such as a voltage reference, a clock buffer, and a digital decimation filter.In terms of interface options, the AD9054 supports either parallel LVDS (Low Voltage Differential Signaling) or CMOS outputs, providing flexibility for different system requirements. The ADC is also compatible with a wide range of industrial temperature ranges, making it suitable for harsh environments.
