Details
The ADP3120AJRZ-RL is a MOSFET driver designed for high and low side applications, with a peak output current of 1.5A. It has a Supply Voltage range from 4.6V to 13.2V and comes in an 8-pin SOIC package. With an input delay of 20ns and output delay of 16ns, this driver operates within a temperature range of -20°C to 85°C. It is RoHS phthalates compliant and has a MSL rating of MSL 1, meaning it has an unlimited floor life. This driver does not contain any SVHC substances as per the 15-Jan-2018 update
