Details
The ADRF6612 is a low noise, high linearity RF mixer from Analog Devices designed for use in applications such as cellular base stations, repeaters, and other wireless infrastructure equipment. It features an integrated local oscillator (LO) buffer, enabling designers to simplify their LO signal chain and reduce overall system complexity. The ADRF6612 operates over a wide frequency range of 600 MHz to 4 GHz, making it suitable for a variety of wireless communication standards including LTE, WCDMA, and WiMAX. It offers high linearity with an input 1 dB compression point of 16.5 dBm, ensuring clean signal performance even in high power applications. A key feature of the ADRF6612 is its low noise figure of 10 dB, which helps maintain signal integrity and minimize noise interference in the receiver chain. It also includes an on-chip balun for single-ended RF input, simplifying the design and layout of the RF front-end. The ADRF6612 operates from a single 3.3V power supply and is housed in a compact 24-lead LFCSP package, making it ideal for space-constrained applications.
