Details
The ADS1263IPWR is a high-precision, low-noise, and low-drift delta-sigma (ΔΣ) ADC capable of 38.4-kSPS. It features an auxiliary 24-bit ΔΣ ADC for background measurements, catering to demanding sensor applications like weigh scales, strain-gauge sensors, thermocouples, and RTDs.
This ADC integrates a low-noise CMOS PGA (with gains from 1 to 32), a ΔΣ modulator, and a programmable digital filter. Its flexible analog front-end (AFE) includes two sensor-excitation current sources for direct RTD measurement.
With a single-cycle settling digital filter, it achieves maximum conversion throughput while providing exceptional 130-dB rejection of 50-Hz and 60-Hz line cycle interference. Operating reliably within the –40°C to +125°C temperature range, it comes in a 28-pin TSSOP package.
