AMS2907 is a precision adjustable shunt regulator designed to provide a highly accurate voltage reference with low drift and low noise. It is a 3-terminal adjustable shunt regulator that can be used for a variety of applications such as voltage regulation, precision current limiting, and overvoltage protection. The AMS2907 has an output voltage range of 1.24V to 18V and a reference voltage tolerance of ±1%. It has a maximum operating current of 100mA and a typical reverse leakage current of 100nA at 5.5V. The device is capable of operating over a wide temperature range from -40°C to 85°C. One of the key features of the AMS2907 is its low output noise, which makes it ideal for applications that require high precision and low interference. It also has a low dynamic impedance, providing excellent line and load regulation. The AMS2907 is available in a small SOT-23 package, making it suitable for compact designs where space is limited.
