The BA2903FV is a dual voltage comparator with open collector output designed for automotive applications. It is manufactured by Rohm Semiconductor and has a wide operating voltage range of 3 to 36 volts.This device has two independent comparators that can be used for various applications, such as overvoltage and undervoltage detection, window comparators, and voltage level detection. The BA2903FV features a low input bias current of 10nA, which makes it suitable for precision applications where accuracy is crucial.The open collector outputs can sink up to 10mA of current, providing flexibility in interfacing with other devices.
