The BAS116.215 is a dual Schottky rectifier diode in a SOT23 surface-mount package. It features a low forward voltage drop of 0.42V at 1mA and a maximum reverse voltage of 90V. This diode has a forward current rating of 100mA and a reverse current of 2µA at a reverse voltage of 60V.The BAS116.215 is commonly used in applications where low forward voltage drop and fast switching speed are required, such as in power supplies, battery chargers, and voltage regulators.
