The BAS40-00 is a surface mount Schottky Barrier Diode with a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 40V and a forward continuous current of 200mA. It has a low forward voltage drop of 0.42V at 10mA, providing efficient energy conversion for various applications.This diode has a small SOD-323 package size, making it suitable for compact electronic devices where space is limited. The BAS40-00 has a fast switching speed of 4ns, allowing for quick response times in high-frequency circuits.The diode is designed with a Schottky barrier metal to semiconductor junction, ensuring low leakage current and high reliability in operation. It has a maximum junction temperature of 150°C, providing a wide operating temperature range for various environmental conditions.
