Details
BCW67C is a high voltage NPN bipolar junction transistor (BJT) mainly used for switching applications. It is classified as a general-purpose transistor with a maximum collector-current rating of 1 A and a maximum collector-emitter voltage of 45 V. The transistor is housed in a SOT223 (SC-73) package, which provides good thermal performance and efficient heat dissipation. BCW67C has a typical dc current gain (hFE) of 400 at a collector current of 100 mA. The maximum base-emitter voltage is 6 V, ensuring proper biasing to prevent saturation or cutoff.BCW67C is suitable for various electronic applications, including inverter circuits, voltage regulators, power supply units, and motor control systems. Its fast switching speed and low saturation voltage make it ideal for high frequency and high power applications.
