BD87A41FVM is a high-performance, low-voltage, CMOS, analog multiplexer/demultiplexer that is commonly used in a variety of electronic applications. It is designed to switch analog signals between multiple input and output channels with minimal distortion and signal loss.This device has a wide operating voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V, making it suitable for use in battery-operated devices as well as in many different types of digital and analog circuits. It features low on-resistance of typically 9 ohms at 3.3V supply voltage, which helps to minimize signal attenuation and improve overall signal integrity.The BD87A41FVM also has a high off-isolation of typically -90dB at 1MHz, ensuring that signals remain isolated when not actively switched. It offers low crosstalk of typically -82dB at 1MHz, further enhancing signal quality in multiplexing applications.This device comes in a small and space-saving VSSOP-10 package, making it easy to integrate into compact circuit designs.
