The BD9270F is a synchronous rectifier driver IC designed for use in DC/DC converters. It operates over a wide voltage range from 3V to 18V, making it suitable for a variety of applications. The device features a high-speed gate driver with a maximum propagation delay of 50ns, allowing for efficient switching operations. It also includes a built-in protection circuit that prevents shoot-through currents and overcurrent situations.The BD9270F is housed in a compact SSOP-B16 package, making it suitable for space-constrained designs. It features adjustable dead time control, allowing for optimization of efficiency and performance in different operating conditions. The device also includes a UVLO (undervoltage lockout) function that prevents the device from operating when the input voltage drops below a certain threshold.
