The BlueNRG-LP offers high-speed and flexible memory options, including 256 kB of Flash memory, 64 kB of RAM, and a one-time-programmable memory area. It supports direct data transfer between memory and peripherals via eight DMA channels, as well as up to eight external and three internal sources for measurements through its 12-bit ADC.
