The bq4802Y/ LY provides direct connections for a 32.768-kHz quartz crystal and a 3-V backup battery, making it ideal for applications that require precise time-keeping and power backup. Additionally, its conditional chip enable output (CEOUT) and battery voltage output (VOUT) pins allow for write-protection and non-volatile external SRAMs
