Details
BUT70W is a bipolar (BJT) NPN transistor with a maximum voltage rating of 125V, a current rating of 32A, and a power dissipation of 200W. It is designed for high power applications where a high current amplification is required. This transistor comes in a through-hole TO-247-3 package which allows for easy mounting on a printed circuit board or a heat sink for efficient heat dissipation.
