The C8051F850 is a mixed-signal microcontroller from Silicon Labs that features a powerful 8-bit CPU core with a maximum operating frequency of up to 25 MHz. This microcontroller is equipped with a wide range of integrated peripherals, including a high-performance 12-bit SAR ADC, a hardware multiplier, a flexible USART with SPI, and an I2C interface for communication purposes.The C8051F850 also includes a voltage comparator and programmable logic that can be used to implement custom functions. The MCU has a total of 64 KB of flash memory for program storage and 4 KB of RAM for data storage.
