Details
Designed for stable operation in unity gain follower applications, the CA3140EZ also features internal phase compensation and the option to add an external capacitor for additional frequency roll-off. With common mode input voltage capability down to 0.5V below the negative supply terminal, it is ideal for single supply applications. Furthermore, its output stage uses bipolar transistors and includes built-in protection against load terminal short-circuiting to either supply rail or to ground, ensuring reliability in various operating conditions
