Details
CXA1439M is a monolithic type FM/AM tuner IC (integrated circuit) designed for use in car audio systems. It integrates all the necessary functions for FM/AM tuning, including a mixer, IF amplifier, FM detector, AM amplifier, local oscillator, RF amplifier, and frequency synthesizer, onto a single chip.The CXA1439M operates in the frequency range of 76-108 MHz for FM and 530-1600 kHz for AM, making it suitable for use in most standard radio broadcasting frequencies. It has a low power consumption of around 10 mA, making it energy-efficient for use in car audio systems.The IC features a built-in automatic frequency control (AFC) circuit for precise tuning and stable reception, as well as a signal strength indicator (RSSI) to monitor the strength of the received signals. It also includes a noise blanking circuit to reduce interference from external noise sources.The CXA1439M is housed in a compact 24-pin SSOP package, making it easy to integrate into car audio systems with limited space.
