The DP8392CV is a single-chip Ethernet controller designed for use in networking applications. It is manufactured by National Semiconductor Corporation and is part of their Ethernet series of products. The DP8392CV is specifically designed to meet the requirements of IEEE 802.3 Ethernet and IEEE 802.3u Fast Ethernet standards.This controller is equipped with a 16-bit bus interface and can operate at speeds of up to 20 Mbps.
