The DRV8245SQRXZRQ1 is a versatile motor driver IC that meets the demanding requirements of automotive applications. With its integrated four low RDS(on) half-bridge MOSFETs, this IC can effectively drive brushed DC or stepper motors within a voltage range of 6V to 28V and a peak current of 3.3A per H-bridge. Its robust protection features, including overcurrent protection, overtemperature protection, and undervoltage lockout, ensure safe and reliable operation in automotive environments. Additionally, the DRV8245SQRXZRQ1 offers PWM input for speed control and DIR input for direction control, simplifying its interface with a microcontroller or control system
