The DS18B20Z is a digital thermometer IC with a resolution of 12 bits, providing accurate temperature measurements with a sensing accuracy range of ±0.5°C. It is capable of monitoring temperatures from -55°C to +125°C, making it suitable for a variety of temperature sensing applications. The SOIC-8 sensor case style and 8-pin configuration allow for easy integration into electronic systems. With a supply voltage range of 3V to 5.5V, the DS18B20Z operates efficiently with an output current of 4mA and a supply current of 1mA. Designed for automotive temperature requirements, this temperature sensor has an operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. The surface mount device termination type ensures a secure connection for reliable temperature sensing in a range of environments
