Details
The DS2478ATB/VY+ is a powerful cryptographic coprocessor designed to work seamlessly with the DS28E40 or DS28C40. This device is engineered to compute any required HMACs or ECDSA signatures, making it an essential tool for performing various operations on these microcontrollers. The DS2478 features a suite of integrated cryptographic tools derived from asymmetric (ECC P-256) and symmetric (SHA-256) security functions. In addition to its advanced security capabilities, the device includes a FIPS/NIST true random number generator (TRNG), 6Kb of secured one-time-programmable (OTP) memory, one configurable GPIO pin, and a unique 64-bit ROM identification number (ROM ID)
