Details
The DS88LS120N is a low skew, 1-to-12 differential-to-LVDS fanout buffer designed for high-speed signal distribution in digital systems. It features 1 differential LVDS input that is divided and distributed to 12 differential LVDS outputs. The device is ideal for applications requiring low skew, such as clock distribution in high-speed communication systems and data acquisition systems.The DS88LS120N operates at a maximum data rate of 700Mbps with a propagation delay of 800ps. It has a maximum skew of 45ps and a minimum pulse width distortion of 70ps. The inputs are compatible with LVPECL, LVCMOS, and LVTTL signaling standards, while the outputs are LVDS compatible.The device operates from a single 3.3V power supply and is available in a 48-pin TSSOP package. It features a high impedance input when the input signal is not connected, allowing for easy interfacing with other devices. The DS88LS120N also includes power-down mode to reduce power consumption when the device is not in use.
