The DS90LV012A and DS90LT012A are state-of-the-art single CMOS differential line receivers, meticulously designed to deliver ultra low power dissipation, minimal noise, and high data rates for applications requiring robust and efficient high-speed data transmission. Their advanced engineering enables support for data rates surpassing 400 Mbps (200 MHz) using Low Voltage Differential Swing (LVDS) technology, making them ideal for high-performance interface solutions. These receivers are adept at efficiently accepting low voltage (350 mV typical) differential input signals and providing reliable 3V CMOS output levels. They also offer support for open, shorted, and terminated (100Ω) input fail-safe, ensuring dependable performance under all conditions. Even in fail-safe scenarios, the receiver output remains consistently HIGH. Moreover, the DS90LT012A is equipped with an input line termination resistor tailored for point-to-point applications.
