Details
The DSD1751 is a digital semiconductor device that is commonly used in audio amplifiers, power supplies, and motor control applications. It is a dual N-channel enhancement mode power field-effect transistor (FET) with a maximum drain-source voltage of 100V and a continuous drain current of 10A.The DSD1751 features fast switching speeds, low on-resistance, and a high gate threshold voltage of 4V to 5V, making it ideal for high-speed switching applications. It has a low input capacitance of 1000pF and a low gate charge of 31nC, allowing for efficient and reliable operation.This device comes in a TO-252 package, which provides high thermal conductivity and efficient heat dissipation, making it suitable for use in high-power applications. The DSD1751 also has a low threshold voltage, which enables it to operate efficiently at low levels of gate drive voltage.
