The EN5311QI-T is a synchronous step-down DC-DC converter that is designed for use in industrial applications. It features an input voltage range of 4.5V to 14V, making it suitable for a wide range of power supply designs. The converter has a fixed switching frequency of 1.5MHz, which allows for higher efficiency and smaller external components.This converter offers an output voltage range of 0.6V to 6V and a maximum output current of 12A. It also includes short-circuit protection, overcurrent protection, and thermal shutdown features to ensure the safety and reliability of the system. The EN5311QI-T is housed in a compact 4mm x 5mm QFN package, making it easy to integrate into space-constrained designs.
