With a frequency of 67kHz, it can handle a maximum output current of 39µA and delivers 1.5µJ of energy per cycle. The device is designed to operate within a voltage supply range of 10V to 15V and features a Through Hole termination type with a DIP case style. It has 8 pins and is suitable for a wide range of applications.
