The MOSFET, based on planar stripe and DMOS technology, is designed to decrease on-state resistance, improve switching performance, and enhance avalanche energy strength. Notably, the UniFET FRFET® MOSFET's body diode has been optimized for enhanced reverse recovery performance, with a trr of less than 100nsec and a reverse dv/dt immunity of 15V/ns. These improvements exceed the performance of normal planar MOSFETs, making the FDH45N50F-F133 UniFET MOSFET an ideal choice for applications where MOSFET body diode performance is crucial. Additionally, the MOSFET's design eliminates the need for extra components, leading to improved system reliability in certain applications. This makes it well-suited for power converter applications including power factor correction (PFC), flat panel display (FPD) TV power, ATX, and electronic lamp ballasts. With its innovative design and exceptional performance, the FDH45N50F-F133 UniFETTM MOSFET is a reliable and efficient solution for high voltage applications
