The FDMF5822DC is a highly integrated dual-output buck power module designed for high efficiency and power density applications. It combines two synchronous buck converters with integrated power stage, gate drivers, controller, and power MOSFETs in a compact 7mm x 11mm x 1.5mm PowerTrench® package. Each buck converter in the FDMF5822DC can deliver up to 25A of continuous output current, making it suitable for a wide range of applications including telecommunications, servers, storage, and industrial automation. The module operates over an input voltage range of 4.5V to 18V and can support output voltages as low as 0.5V with ±1% accuracy.The FDMF5822DC features advanced control algorithms for smooth transient response and output voltage regulation. It also includes programmable switching frequency, soft-start, integrated compensation, and overcurrent protection to ensure reliable operation under various load conditions.Other key features of the FDMF5822DC include thermal and current limit protection, power good indicators, and a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
