FJL4215 is a NPN Epitaxial Silicon Transistor commonly used in electronic circuits for amplification and switching purposes. It belongs to the category of bipolar junction transistors and is designed to handle medium power applications. The transistor is housed in a TO-220 plastic package, which provides excellent thermal conductivity and electrical insulation. The FJL4215 transistor has a maximum collector current of 4A and a maximum collector-emitter voltage of 40V, making it suitable for a wide range of electronic projects.
