Details
The FMMT4124 is a dual NPN small signal surface mount transistor commonly used in low power amplification and switching applications. It is designed for general-purpose amplifier and switching circuits where high gain and low noise performance is required. The FMMT4124 has a maximum collector current (Ic) rating of 300mA and a maximum power dissipation (Pd) rating of 350mW. It has a low collector-emitter saturation voltage of 0.15V at a collector current of 10mA, making it suitable for low voltage applications.The transistor is housed in a SOT-23 surface mount package, which allows for easy mounting and soldering on printed circuit boards. It has a low parasitic capacitance and high transition frequency, making it suitable for high-frequency applications.The FMMT4124 has a high hFE (DC current gain) of up to 300, ensuring high amplification capability. It has a low noise figure and low distortion, making it suitable for audio amplifier applications.
