The FOD3120 is a top-of-the-line gate drive optocoupler with a 2.5A output current capacity, making it perfect for driving most 800V/20A IGBT/MOSFET components. With its ability to handle fast switching operations, this optocoupler is ideal for motor control inverter applications and high-performance power systems
