Its integrated PWM controller is equipped with a range of essential features such as Under-Voltage Lockout (UVLO) protection, Leading-Edge Blanking (LEB), a frequency generator for EMI attenuation, optimized gate turn-on/turn-off driver, Thermal Shutdown (TSD) protection, and temperature-compensated precision current sources for loop compensation and fault protection circuitry. Offering impressive soft-start performance, the FSL126HR surpasses discrete MOSFET and controller or RCC switching converter solutions by reducing component count, design size, and weight, while simultaneously improving efficiency, productivity, and system reliability.
