GAL26V12C is a programmable array logic device manufactured by Lattice Semiconductor. It is part of the GAL26V12 series and features 12 input pins and 26 output pins. The device offers high-speed, low-power operation and is designed for use in a wide range of applications such as telecommunications, automotive, consumer electronics, and industrial control systems.GAL26V12C has a 20-pin ceramic dual in-line package (CERDIP) and operates using a single 5V power supply. It has a typical propagation delay of 7.5ns and can drive standard TTL and CMOS logic levels. The device can be programmed using a standard PAL programming algorithm and is ideal for implementing complex logic functions in a compact and cost-effective manner.The GAL26V12C offers high reliability and performance and is suitable for use in harsh environments. It is RoHS compliant and can operate at temperatures ranging from -40°C to 85°C. In addition, the device features non-volatile memory, which allows the programmed logic functions to be retained even when power is removed.
