The HCF4067 is a high-speed CMOS device that functions as a 1-of-16 decoder/demultiplexer. It features an analog multiplexer/demultiplexer with controlled digital input/output selection, as well as an encoding function with selectable address and data outputs. The device has 16 independent analog switches with a common output terminal that can handle both analog and digital signals.The HCF4067 operates at a voltage range of 3V to 15V, making it suitable for a wide range of applications. It has a low "on" resistance of 70 ohms at 10V, reducing signal distortion and improving overall performance. The device can handle a maximum input voltage of 15V and can operate at a maximum clock frequency of 17MHz.The HCF4067 is commonly used in electronic circuits that require signal routing and selection, such as audio and video equipment, data acquisition systems, and communication devices.
