With a minimum insulation voltage of 5300 VRMS, the HCPL-4100-300E guarantees robust isolation, making it a dependable choice for applications that prioritize safety and signal integrity. Its maximum propagation delay of 70 ns and typical rise and fall times of 15 ns ensure quick and accurate signal processing, making it ideal for high-speed digital communication and data transmission systems. Housed in a compact 8-pin DIP package, the HCPL-4100-300E is easy to integrate into electronic circuits, providing optimal signal isolation and transmission for seamless system operation
