The HMC1126ACEZ is a cutting-edge GaAs pHEMT low noise amplifier designed to deliver exceptional performance across a broad frequency range, from 400 MHz to 52 GHz. With 12 dB of gain, a robust output power of 28.5 dBm at the third-order intercept point, and 17.5 dBm at 1 dB gain compression, this amplifier is ideal for demanding high-frequency applications. The low 3.5 dB noise figure at 10 GHz to 26 GHz ensures minimal signal degradation, making it suitable for sensitive communication and radar systems
