Details
The HMC435AMS8G is a GaAs MESFET MMIC non-reflective SPDT switch manufactured by Analog Devices. It operates over a wide frequency range from 0.1 GHz to 3.2 GHz, making it suitable for a variety of RF and microwave applications. This switch features low insertion loss of only 1.5 dB and high isolation of 35 dB at 2 GHz, ensuring excellent signal integrity. It also offers fast switching speeds of less than 1 μs, allowing for rapid switching between two RF paths. The HMC435AMS8G is designed to handle high RF power levels, with a P1dB compression point of 33 dBm at 2 GHz. This ensures reliable performance in high-power applications. This SPDT switch is housed in a compact 8-lead MSOP package, making it well-suited for space-constrained applications. It operates on a single positive supply voltage of 3V to 5V, consuming low power of only 85 mA.
