The HMC439QS16G(E) digital phase-frequency detector is specifically designed for low noise phase-locked loop applications that demand high frequency operation and ultra-low phase noise floor. With a frequency range spanning from 10 to 1300 MHz, this component is perfect for synthesizers that require fast switching and minimal phase noise. When used with a differential loop amplifier, the HMC439QS16G(E) generates output voltages that can be used to synchronize a VCO with a reference oscillator. Its exposed base design ensures improved RF and thermal performance
