Details
The HS1B-0546RH/PROTO is a radiation hardened analog multiplexer that offers Active Overvoltage Protection and guaranteed rON matching. This makes it perfect for use in systems where the analog inputs originate from external equipment or separately powered circuitry. With the ability to withstand constant 70V peak-to-peak levels with ±15V supplies, and sustain continuous faults up to 4V greater than either supply, this multiplexer is designed to maintain signal fidelity even under fault conditions that would destroy other multiplexers. In addition, each input presents 1kΩ of resistance under condition of multiplexer supply loss, protecting signal sources from short-circuiting. With 16 channels for the HS-0546RH and 8 channels for the HS-0547RH, these devices are fabricated with 44V dielectrically isolated CMOS technology, making them ideal for a wide range of applications. If input overvoltage protection is not needed, the HS-0506 and HS-0507 multiplexers are recommended. It's important to note that specifications for Rad Hard QML devices are controlled by the Defense Supply Center in Columbus (DSCC), and the SMD numbers listed in SMD 5962-95693 must be used when ordering this product
