The device offers low series resistance and capacitance, allowing for high-speed switching and efficient power management.The HSMP-3830 diode is housed in a miniature SOT-23 surface mount package, making it easy to integrate into compact and space-constrained PCB designs. It operates over a wide temperature range of -55°C to 125°C, ensuring reliable performance in diverse operating conditions. The device also boasts excellent linearity and high isolation, making it suitable for use in RF switch matrices, attenuators, and modulators.With a forward voltage of 0.95V at 20mA and a reverse breakdown voltage of 60V, the HSMP-3830 offers high performance and reliability for demanding RF applications.
