Details
The HT62104 is a voltage detector IC manufactured by Holtek Semiconductor. It is designed to monitor the power supply voltage of a system and trigger an output signal when the voltage falls below a specified threshold level. This threshold level can be set by the user through an external resistor divider network.The HT62104 has a wide operating voltage range of 1.1V to 6.0V and low supply current consumption of only 0.25μA, making it suitable for battery-powered applications. It also features a built-in hysteresis function to prevent false triggering and ensure stable operation.The IC is housed in a SOT-23-3 package, which is compact and easy to solder onto a PCB for space-constrained applications. It also has a built-in delay time function to prevent noise interference and ensure a reliable output signal.
